Ralph has been employed by Southwest Dairy Farmers, Inc. since 1992. He has previous experience within the dairy industry, operating a dairy of his own. Ralph is married to Shannon and has 5 children: Lacey, Chrissy, Ashley, Clint, and Blake. In his spare time he enjoys coaching football and gardening.
